Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We ship to all European Union member states. The following delivery timeframes apply once your order has been dispatched:
- Western EU (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg) — 3–5 business days
- Southern EU (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Malta, Cyprus) — 5–7 business days
- Nordic & Baltic (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) — 4–6 business days
- Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia) — 5–7 business days
Duties & VAT Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
