Returns 
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.  EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing any reason.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@iluvaf.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non‑Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
