Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. EU customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at support@iluvaf.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non‑Returnable Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been fulfilled. Once an order is processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Digital Products

Digital downloads and instant-access items cannot be canceled once the file or link has been delivered.

Final Sale Items

Orders containing Final Sale items cannot be canceled.

Unauthorized Cancellations

If a customer attempts to cancel through their bank or payment provider instead of contacting ILUVAF first, ILUVAF reserves the right to dispute the claim and provide proof of fulfillment.
